Hbm4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the hbm4 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the hbm4 platform via hbm4.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users who register an account, access games, place bets, or engage in any other activity on the hbm4 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms is considered acceptance of those changes.
The hbm4 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone below the minimum age requirement is strictly prohibited from registering or using our services.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the hbm4 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Hbm4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
- Users may contact the support team to request account closure at any time.
Hbm4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms, or involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Hbm4 platform users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following are key prohibitions that apply to all users:
- The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner or in violation of the stated terms is strictly prohibited.
- Any action that compromises the security, integrity, or usability of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Impersonating other users or creating accounts using false information is strictly prohibited.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Hbm4 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or referral to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the hbm4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, DuitNow, and recognised e-wallets.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount varies depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are processed securely through encrypted channels. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. hbm4 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform's help page. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. hbm4 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal deemed suspicious while an investigation is conducted. All terms relating to bonuses and withdrawals are as stated in the respective promotion terms.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. hbm4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or network failures beyond our control.

All content on the hbm4 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of hbm4 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without our prior written consent.
